Strategic Consulting Services: In the area of strategic consulting services, Adelson & Jacob Consulting assists customers in connection with their securitization and real estate activities in general (but not with respect to its investment strategy or specific investments) through presentations and discussions concerning (i) current market conditions and outlooks, (ii) risk management policies and tools, (iii) rating agency criteria and rating methodologies, (iv) deal structures and documentation, (v) legislative and regulatory developments, (vi) securitization-related accounting issues, (vii) strengths and weaknesses of competing analytic models and frameworks.
Investment Consulting Services: In the area of investment consulting services, Adelson & Jacob Consulting assists customers in (i) identifying investment opportunities and pitfalls, (ii) reviewing and supplementing security-specific analyses prepared by a customer's analysts, broker-dealers, or other consultants retained by the customer, and (iii) assisting customers in the development of proprietary models and software tools.
